Ontario records 3,056 new cases of COVID-19 as vaccination plan faces roadblock

A stay-at-home order remains in effect in Ontario as concerns about hospital capacity continue. To add to the concern, there are now a record 420 COVID-19 patients in the province's intensive care units, new data from Critical Care Services Ontario shows.
