Ed Stone, head of the Voyager mission that introduced us to solar system's outer planets, has died

NASA project scientist, Ed Stone, has died at the age of 88. He was at the helm of what's been dubbed 'The Grand Tour' of our outer solar system with the Voyager spacecraft, as well as many other missions. Bob McDonald remembers his many encounters and interviews with the legendary space exploration scientist.
