Mickey 17, the ambitious follow-up to Bong Joon Ho's best picture winner Parasite has some phenomenally gutsy acting choices by star Robert Pattison and the director’s sure-footed world building occasionally hints at brilliance, but it still feels like a half-finished compromise.
